I have taught in MCPS for almost 20 years as both an elementary and middle school teacher. I am currently a Staff Development Teacher so I am responsible for supporting teachers in implementing the MCPS curriculum. Every student can succeed and every student can meet grade level benchmarks. The key is finding the exact method that will allow the student to get excited about learning and allow him/her to thrive.
